• Nationality: western working as chief nursing, must have a Bachelor’s degree and Masters
• Working in acute hospital, not in extended care or HHC
• The hospital must be 200 bed and above
• Accredited hospital, preferably University or high calibre private hospitals
• Has a career path, no gap in her experience
