- Nationality: preferably Western but not necessary, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree
- To be licensed as Specialist not technician
- Working in Hospital Tertiary, a general hospital with all modalities
- Accredited hospital
- Has career path
- No gap from previous experience
- Hospital experience must be an acute hospital
- Managing at least 500-bed daily operation.
